Currently we offer the service of a programming staff on a long term basis. We do retainer contracts for $5500 per month per programmer flat fee (with a 50 hour commit) with a one year minimum or at $2500 per month for a 20 hour commit with paid overages at $100/hour. We also do hourly work at $200 per hour.
